Important notes on RMA processing

1. After receipt of the completed RMA form, we will check whether existing faults can be rectified remotely.

2. If this is not the case, we will provide you with an RMA number, which must be included with the product.

3. Please send the device free of freight charges for IT4Trade GmbH, to the following address: IT4Trade GmbH, Helmstedter Chaussee 39a, 39130 Magdeburg, Germany.

If a repair is not worthwhile, we will send a replacement product or refund the purchase price.

NOTE: A claim under warranty is only possible on presentation of the fully completed RMA form. If the RMA form is missing or incomplete, we are entitled to refuse any warranty services.
